Why And How To Take A Time Off
Life has a way of making us live it like a robot. You wake up in the morning, exercise (or not), grab a cup of coffee, run off to your office, do a day’s work, come back home, spend some time with the family, watch TV, surf the Net and hit the sack…
Every single day you go through the same kind of work, interact with the same kind of people, think the same kind of thoughts, face the same kind of problems, find the same type of solutions and time keeps on passing—days into weeks, weeks into months, months into years, years into decades and then one day, you STOP!
You stop, and look back at your life and see where you are in your life, and whether it is where you wanted to be?
And sometimes, it’s too late for that kind of introspection.
You wonder where has your life brought you. You are amazed at how quickly the time has passed and how come you never noticed it before and set your sails in the right direction.
To Give Or Not To Give—The Gift of A Lifetime!
When I was 19, I wanted to marry so badly but I couldn’t. When I was 26 I never wanted to marry, ever! And I didn’t. Then I turned 34 and I married.
When I was 35, I had my first child. A daughter—Ayesha. When I was 37 I had my second child. A son—Abdullah.
Now I am 39, and just last night I read a post from a very dear friend of mine, Farnoosh, titled The Path to Fulfillment: To Have or Not to Have Children.
She raised and shared important questions. Questions that only a conscious and intelligent person can raise. Questions that only a courageous and honest soul can share. She is all that and more… but right now lets just focus on her questions. ![]()

What You Need to Think Before Starting a Successful Blog
For a blogger, who is really passionate about blogging, there are only two kinds of people in the world. The ones who read his/her blog and the ones who don’t.
If you don’t believe me, ask any newcomer to blogging.
And if you are a blogger yourself, recall your early days of blogging—the way you fussed over your posts, checked your stats, waited for that first comment to arrive, longed for that first link-back, checked Google to see if it has indexed your post or not etc. And you did all that 24 times in 24 hours, at the very least. ![]()
But have you ever really thought, that what is blogging all about and why do you blog?
It’s an open-ended question and there is no one “right” answer for it. I asked this same question to myself, before starting this blog, and the answers surprised me. I just want to share those answers with you today.
Blogworld Expo 2010—Captured!
Capturing the events that inspire us in our lives is a wise and great thing to do. And the only thing greater than that is to share them with others.

And yes, it is FREE!
Her Blogworld 2010 Series eBook contains 3 parts.

All three parts will make you feel like you were right there with Farnoosh, attending the Blogworld Expo 2010 as her friend, while she made sure that you notice the right people, hear the right words and make the best of that wonderful event.
