The Law of Dissatisfaction

Law of Dissatisfaction The law of dissatisfaction states:

You will never feel absolute satisfaction in life.

The proof: Look around you.

All progress stems from the idea that we need something more, something better, something different. Without this urge we humans, never could have survived till now.

So instead of beating yourself up for not being complete and not having all, appreciate the lacks in your life. Understand that those holes are there for a purpose and the purpose is to make you realize that you can fill them.

It is in the act of trying to fill those gaping holes in our lives that the seeds of happiness are found.

  1. Loved this post! It’s so true. We have to accept what we have — as well as what we don’t have — and realize that it’s all happening for a reason. Such a great reminder!

  2. There are many holes to fill, that’s true.

Thanks for telling us this… makes me feel better knowing that I am not wandering around aimlessly but am actually looking for the very things to fills those voids each time I go out beyond myself to answer the voice within.

First step to fulfill those holes is to accept them as a normal part of us. I really love this post ;) .

    Hi Sunny,

I really liked the cut-to-the-chase message of this post (and I’m enjoying your website, in general!).

You have a great point here! I like you refocusing us to appreciate the lacks in our lives. In seven sentences, you’ve really said a lot.

Nice post! Two thumbs up! Thank you, Sunny. :)

    HI Sunny,

Your Blogs simplicity is what appealed to me at first glance.

This post is so perfect in its quality to describe human behavior so matter of factly. You have made us all think so much more with just a few line. Keep writing and inspiring.

This is my first visit..but will be here as often as you post inshallah. :)
